KSRA dedicated to fostering sustainable development and improving the lives of marginalized communities through the sustainable livelihood Programs. Recognizing the importance of economic empowerment in achieving lasting change, we implement a range of initiatives aimed at enhancing livelihood opportunities, building resilience, and promoting self-reliance. KSRA for several years has been working on Capacity building of the community on their rights to access available resources around them on livelihood, this includes their right to access various government schemes such as MGNREGA, Ration, Pension, various Governments social welfare schemes. KSRA is committed to empowering individuals and communities to achieve sustainable economic independence and resilience through focused interventions and capacity-building initiatives, we provide support to marginalized groups, including women, youth, and rural tribal communities,

to enhance the sustainable livelihood opportunities. Our program encompasses a range of activities, including skills training, vocational education, entrepreneurship development, and access to market linkages. By equipping community members with the important knowledge, resources, and support networks, we enable them to generate income, build assets, and contribute to improve their standard of living. Additionally, we promote ecologically sustainable livelihood practices, fostering economic growth while preserving natural resources. Through our holistic approach to livelihood development, we aim to create lasting positive impact and empower individuals to thrive economically and socially.

Capacity Building: We prioritize capacity-building initiatives that equip participants with essential knowledge, technical skills, and business acumen to succeed in their chosen livelihood endeavors and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Empowerment: We aim to empower community members to take control of their economic destinies by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skill development trainings, tools, resources, and support to pursue sustainable livelihoods. KSRA has intervened in a positive manner to ensure quality of schemes through its training programs, community mobilization and participation activity. Rain-water harvesting structures has been also developed to support the agriculture and plantation activities to battle climate change and recharge ground water table. We have also provided technical support to the community around agriculture and livestock. We have given training and exposure to PRI representative, SHG, GRS and women mate due to which their participation and ownership has been enhanced. Participation of women has been increased 60% including Planning, Gram Sabha participation, NRM Based Labor Budget, Implementation priority.
Income Generation: The program seeks to create diverse income-generating opportunities, including skills training, vocational education, entrepreneurship development, to enable individuals to earn a sustainable income and support their families.
Inclusivity: are committed to promoting inclusivity and gender equality in the livelihood interventions, ensuring that women, youth, persons with disabilities, and other marginalized groups have equal access to opportunities and resources.
Sustainability: KSRA approach to livelihood development is ecologically sustainable, emphasizing practices that promote conservation, resource efficiency, and resilience to climate change, thereby safeguarding natural ecosystems for present and future generations. The above is being achieved though, Agriculture, horticulture Skills Training and Vocational Education, Entrepreneurship Development, Market Linkages, Environmental Conservation. Due to this we are able to empowered thousands of community members to break the cycle of hunger, poverty, build resilience, and achieve economic independence. Through our interventions, participants have supported to establish a successful business, increased their household incomes, improved their living standards, and gained confidence and self-reliance which has fostered social cohesion, community empowerment, and sustainable development, laying the foundation for a developed community.
