Karra Society for Rural Action's initiative on skill development and market linkage! We are committed to empowering local and indigenous communities across Jharkhand through comprehensive training programs that promote income generation and sustainable livelihoods. With support from different development partners like, JTDS, FVTRS, Mennonite etc. we have engaged around 1000 families for their skill development in different craftsmanship and training programs. Here are some of the key areas where we focus our efforts:

Local Handicraft (Indigenous Handicraft)

With Jharkhand's abundant bamboo resources, our training programs cover a wide range of bamboo products—from mats to furniture and decorative items.
